O’Shea was approached by Diana Johnson from Hawthorn, Diana has been a long-term client of O’Shea Plumbing and newly introduced to O’Shea Electrical, Diana and her husband Mark Johnson were seeking a solution to improve the indoor comfort of their home while also optimising energy efficiency.
The clients, Diana and Mark, expressed dissatisfaction with their current cooling system, which was outdated and inefficient. Additionally, uneven cooling throughout the house was a significant concern for them, leading to discomfort during hot days. They chose to stick with who they knew and call O’Shea Electrical.
Bailey arrived onsite and upon conducting a comprehensive assessment, Bailey recommended an appliance installation of a split system air conditioning unit. The split system was chosen for its ability to cater to the client’s needs. The split system would enable zoned cooling allowing the Johnsons to direct the airflow to different areas of their home addressing the issue of uneven temperature distribution. The selected split system unit was known for its high energy efficiency, helping to reduce energy costs. O’Shea Electrical ensured that the split system would operate quietly minimising any disruptions. Bailey measured and selected a suitable size unit to fit the Johnson’s home ensuring maximum airflow throughout their home.
The installation process began with a thorough inspection of the property to determine the optimal location for the outdoor condenser unit and the indoor unit. O’Shea Electricals’ team of experienced Electricians worked efficiently to install the split system, adhering to industry best practices and electrical safety standards throughout the process. Rigorous testing and quality checks were conducted to ensure that the system was operating optimally before handing it over to the clients.
Once both units had been tested and the site cleaned Bailey and Emily packed up and the Johnsons got to enjoy their new split systems.
