appliance installation services

The following was a very positive experience for both the client and the O’Shea team.  This outcome started with a gas storage HWU which had split, O’Shea Plumbing attended the site to provide the client advice and an obligation-free quote.

Craig from Hawthorn contacted O’Shea Plumbing regarding a split HWU, Adrian the plumber attended and had a look at the situation, unfortunately, it was found that there was no repair option possible, and the only way forward was to replace the unit.

Adrian could have made his life easier by providing a like-for-like replacement option, instead, he performed a perfect consultation and provided options on all types of hot water units available for installation.

Adrain informed Craig of the benefits of upgrading an older gas storage HWU with a new heat pump, which uses the surrounding air and electricity to heat the water. Craig has solar panels powering his home so essentially this would be free hot water.

Craig proceeded with an electric heat pump. Adrian organised all materials and Bailey the electrician from O’Shea Electrical attended the site the next day to run new power cables from the HWU to the switchboard, for the new heat pump.

Once Bailey finished, he had a chat with Craig explaining what he did, Craig started asking questions about all the different things Bailey could do.

It turns out that Craig was in the middle of finding an electrician to upgrade the lights in his home.

Bailey invited Craig’s wife to accompany them as they went around the home and listened to the client’s likes and dislikes, how they used their home and why they wanted to upgrade the lights.

Bailey suggested some ideas and Craig and his wife requested a quote for all the different options. Craig went through the options and called the next day to accept the quote. Bailey organised materials and made a start on the lights the very next day.
