Upon arrival, Bailey and Emily promptly introduced themselves to David and got straight into addressing his concerns. David, who had recently transitioned to remote work, sought assistance in optimising his home office by installing data points and additional power points to streamline the space under his desk.
Bailey offered David the choice of installing additional power points to eliminate the need for power boards. He also proposed running multiple data points to the current modem location. David agreed to the quote, and work began immediately. Bailey and Emily collaborated to run the cables down the wall for both the power and data points.
After finishing the run of all the cables, it was time to fit off. All materials were available as O’Shea Electrical has a comprehensive stock of materials conveniently stored in their van. After consulting with the client and confirming the feasibility of a brief power interruption, the team proceeded to complete the power points installation first. Once the power points were finished, power was restored for the customer, and the data points were seamlessly connected. To ensure functionality, both ends of the data run underwent testing. Bailey then assisted David in connecting his devices under the desk as needed.
Bailey and Emily cleaned up the workspace, leaving the house just as clean as it was when they arrived.
